Returns & Refunds

All products are digital. Every item in this store is a printable PDF, delivered instantly to your email after purchase. Because there's no physical item to return, this policy works a little differently than it would for a physical product.

All sales are final. Since files are delivered immediately and can be downloaded, printed, or copied right away, we're not able to offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a purchase is complete.

We will make it right if something's actually wrong. If any of the following happen, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you:

• You didn't receive your download link within a reasonable time
• Your file is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The product you received doesn't match what was described on the product page

European Union customers: under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, this right doesn't apply once download has started — by completing your purchase, you acknowledge that immediate access begins right away and you're waiving the standard withdrawal period for this reason.
