About menoplanner
We got tired of two bad options.
Most menopause resources fall into one of two camps: a wall of clinical information with nowhere to actually write anything down, or an app that wants your email, your subscription, and a login you'll forget in three weeks.
menoplanner is neither. It's printable PDF journals and planners — built to be filled in with a pen at your kitchen table, or on a tablet if that's easier, and then left alone. No account. No notifications. No "streak" to keep up.
Why undated, why plain, why simple
Every journal here is undated on purpose. Start on a Tuesday, skip two weeks, pick it back up — it still works, because it was never trying to be a habit-tracking app in disguise.
The language is plain because menopause already comes with enough to decode. Nothing here is written to sound clinical, and nothing is written to sound like a wellness influencer either. Just clear pages that ask useful questions, so patterns are easier to spot than they are from memory alone.
What this isn't
These journals are for organizing your own observations — not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a replacement for an actual conversation with a doctor. If anything, the goal is the opposite: giving you something concrete to bring to that conversation, instead of trying to explain a feeling from memory in a ten-minute appointment.
One free place to start
If you're not sure this is for you yet, the Hot Flash Tracker is free and takes two minutes to start using. Everything else here follows the same idea, just for the parts of this transition that don't stop at hot flashes.
